We’ve just launched a dedicated tracking page for the Trans-Amazon Expedition, led by Dave Freemand and Eric Frost of the Wilderness Classroom Organization. The goal of the Trans-Amazon Expedition is to raise awareness about the important role the world’s forests play in controlling climate change, and to encourage people to make changes in their lives, which will help protect the world’s remaining forests and combat global warming.
